I look foward to speaking with you. When you call please anticipate addressing health related questions as I must acertain if my therapy will be of help for your specific concerns. Even if you are seeking only relaxation therapy I must be aware of pre-existing conditions.  I will schedule your appointment and bring my table and supplies to your home or business.

The training I obtained at Austin Community College was varied as it included Swedish massage and the following modalities:  deep tissue frictioning( this removes adhesions which formed in your tissues), myofascial release, trigger point remediation, passive and active stretching(which is great for increasing range of motion), Shiatsu (finger-pressure technique).

In order to improve lymphatic circulation I may also provide salt or sugar scrubs, dry skin brushing, moist hot or cold compresses, which may be necessary to locally reduce tension or inflammation. 

Once we are in accord with your planned treatment I leave the room to wash up and allow you to disrobe privately to your comfort. You will position yourself between freshly washed linens covering all private areas. You will then let me know you have covered yourself so that the treatment may begin.

 You may otherwise choose to wear lightweight exercise clothes instead of disrobing, however, this will prevent my using massage cremes or oils (which contain analgesic plant extracts).

 In order to preserve my skin's integrity, I must reduce the pressure with which I compress your tissues, if you choose to remain fully clothed.  This will influence the duration of positive results as it will influence my pressure and depth application as well as my physiological perception of your tissues i.e. I can feel less the palpable qualities of your tissues.

If you wish me to set-up upstairs there will be $25.00 added to your treatment to carry my supplies up the stairs.

30 minutes     $45.00

If you wish to subdivide the time slot with a family member or friend you may do so as follows. 

60 minutes     $90.00   (two people 30 minutes each)

90 minutes     $125.00  (three people 30 minutes each)

120 minutes   $170.00   (four people 30 minutes each)

If you wish to obtain massage elsewhere, then Sunday through Thursday, East Side Studio may be available, however this could require more than 48 hours notice.
